Make element custom image different size on mobile

Hi
I have elements have background image, on desktop the background image appear okay, but on mobile the image getting small, but too small
What I want to get is mobile the image will resize but still big, Is there a solutions for that?

The page hero size is determined by the top and bottom padding:

There is a mobile toggle for that which you can set the padding for mobile.
