Make CTA Button Smaller

Hi guys,
stuck with this. I have a CTA button added, I can make the font smaller but how can I make the button itself smaller?
For example, I want to keep the text at 10px, and then the button color itself tight around the text. I'd like to achieve something like this here: https://jeroencompanjen7.wixsite.com/happybrewkombucha/flavors

So basically I'd like to have the categories of my blog posts mimicked here. Ideally, this to be done automatically per category and post, but I am not even sure if that be possible.
Was thinking maybe create the block and then a webhook?

So, in regards to what I am trying to achieve, to have this done depending on the category, is this possible? Initially, I just wanted to create it manually but I am also thinking long-term and would like to do this automatically?
