Make Comments Expandable

Hi,
I'd like to make my comments appear collapsed by default, and have the user choose to see them if they wish. I'd like the post comment section still visible to anyone, however.
How can I do this, please?

It's not possible without custom solution unfortuanly.

I mean custom development, you'll need to hire a developer to write custom function.
Or you can look up if there's a plugin which does this :)
