Make Blog Posts Full Screen

Hey guys,
I have blog posts set to full screen but they don't fill the screen. EG here it's wider: https://www.selfimprovementspace.com/blog/ But on the actual post itself, it's really narrow: https://www.selfimprovementspace.com/no-complaining-challenge/ How can I change it please?
Thanks,
Ella
UPDATE: Just noticed the margins on mobile for the blog post go RIGHT to the edge so I want them all sitting like... normally :) This is my other blog (created on GeneratePress) so I'd like the same spacing as on this: http://www.forgettingfairytales.com
Thanks for your help!
Hi there,
The single post width is modified with this Layout Element:

If you'd like to keep the original width then simply Delete that element.
Thank you! That goes edge to edge on both mobile and desktop now. See here: https://www.selfimprovementspace.com/no-complaining-challenge/ Do I have to add a smaller space perhaps? Are there more standard dimensions so it views a little better? And how do I get this to set on both desktop and mobile?
Thanks!
Can you make sure the Content Container setting in the Layout metabox of that post is set to Default?

Perfect, thank you so much!
No problem :)
