Is it possible somehow to make the elements shown bellow show more text links when hovered (or clicked when on mobile)

I am using gp premium and generateblocks to build these...

I would say try Googling "image hover overlay effect css" and see if you can what you are looking for and mimic the CSS to use in GB :)
