Make a hamburguer menu without slideout

Hello,
How could I make a menu as a hamburger as a submenu? I'm not interested making it with a slideout.
Hi there,
you can disable the Off Canvas Panel ( Slide out ) in Customizer > Layout > Off Canvas Panel
