[Support request] Main Navigation Menu on Mobile Devices

I think the last time I checked my blog on a smartphone the main navigation menu was displayed at the bottom of the page instead of at the top like on desktop. Is it possible to do something to make this main navigation menu appear at the top of the page on mobile devices?

i am not seeing that issue on my phone – Have you tried clearing the devices browser cache ?
