Yanuaria
I hope you guys can help me with this issue.
I am using GeneratePress 2.41 and GP Premium 1.9.1. I have clear the website server cache, deactivate all the plugging except All in One SEO, clear the cache in my phone as well and the main menu still doesn’t work from a mobile device.
One thing that I have observed, from the main page the menu does work but if you navigate to any post and then try to use the menu it does NOT work.
I also have contacted the hosting support and got this response.
We just checked the logs on the server, but we did not see any issue from the server-side, so there may be some internal issue with the theme, so we suggest you contact the theme provider and ask them to have a look into this as that will certainly help

please advice

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Strange. Not seeing any obvious issues.
Can you disable all plugins except GP premium for now?
Also make sure you are using the parent theme and no custom functions added.
Let me know π

Thank you Leo, I just deactivate SEO and cleared the cache as well. So zero plugin installed.
I am using the parent theme and no custom functions. Not sure if this started happening when I was installing WP show post weeks ago which I had to uninstall because it was causing speed issues on mobile devices.
Right now the menu still doesn’t work on mobile devices.

StaffCustomer SupportThat’s very strange.
Are all plugins disabled currently?
Have you edited the parent theme in any way at all?
Any hooks element created?
If not can you keep all plugins disabled and send us the dashboard access?
You can send the dashboard access using Account Issue here:

StaffCustomer SupportI’m seeing some custom code added in hooks element.
What happens if you disable the code for now?

Not sure, go ahead and delete it. It may be left code from show post plugin that had an issue with speed on the mobile devices as well.

I am not completely sure how but I went to Elements/ and delete “related post” type “hook”.
Is that what you were referring to? That seems to fix the issue π

StaffCustomer SupportYup that’s what I was referring to.
Glad it’s fixed π
