main navigation BELOW page header

I have a site at fourway.firstmethodistsb.org that uses generate press along with GP premium.

I am using a page header for the home page. I have checked the box that says to put navigation BELOW the header, but it comes out somewhere near the top. I think I don't understand the padding setting - is there where the problem lies?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Leo,

Thanks again for your help with this. Unfortunately, my client now has a different layout in mind and would like the nav bar (along with the logo) at the TOP and the header (maybe just a picture, and the top part with the nav is the header). Like the picture shown by the URL below.

If you can help me with that, I would appreciate it.
