Can you try clearing WP Super Cache?

I have cleared caché and I deactivated WP Super Cache and the problem stills continue...

I try 1, 2, 3 and 4. When I activated core Wordpress theme (TwentySeventeen) the issue dissapeared. So, it seems that problem is in Generatepress.

Can you try disable ALL non-GP plugins and leave it so we can see it?

I would assume that we would get lots of support topics like this if it's a GP problem.

Do you have anything in GP Hooks? It looks like all of the header elements are inside the content area.
