[Support request] MailPoet Plugin problem with Word press

I am trying to use MailPoet on my site, but I am not receiving the email to change the address when I click to authorize. I can receive emails and send emails just fine, I am not sure if it is something on WordPress’s end or if it is on the end of MailPoet.

My guess would be that it’s a MailPoet issue – Have you checked with their support team?

I can’t see how this would be a theme-related issue at all.
