MailChimp Pop Up

Hi, I added the mailchimp pop up form with these code:

To Appearance - Elements Hook wp_Head. Enable "execute php". Location is entire site and user rules are "logged out." Mailchimp says they can see the code on my site but I can't see it when I view page source. Cleared all caches and tried incognito on desktop and mobile. Looking for any assistance.
Resolved itself after an hour, not sure why.

Maybe some sort of caching issue.
Hi, going to open this back up. Same issue, has not resolved itself for 48 hours after clearing all caches so not a caching issue any more I think. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
I would recommend checking with MailChimp's support first.
