MailChimp for WordPress Error

Hello! I would like to kindly request for assistance on this issue Im facing.
When I downloaded the theme 'Avery' from the Site Library, the Mailchimp doesnt seem to be working as the message 'Mailchimp for WordPress error: There is no form with ID 201, perhaps it was deleted?' keeps showing up on my site.
Can anyone help me with this? As Im a beginner in building my own website, so would really appreciate any help! Thank You :)

Avery installs the Mailchimp plugin, however that needs to be configured to your mail chimp account.
Will you be using Mail Chimp or another subscription service ?

I have already connected my Mailchimp account to my website. I recently did a pop up form for my website and it is working fine, but only my home page form is not working..
With you mailchimp setup it would have provided a shortcode.
Can you edit the Front Page and update the shortcode that is in the very last container ?
Alright, I have resolved it by copying the the code from 'Copy/paste onto your site' and pasting it into my home page via html.
