Mail to not working

Hi,
We have added an email in the top bar with a block but when we click on it, PrivateEmail window opens.
Is there something wrong that we did?
Hi there,
the default behaviour of a mailto: link is to open a mail in the users default eMail Application.
Most browsers also identify an email - and auto add that functionality.
What do you want the link to do instead ?
