magazine page with widgets

I want to introduce a magazine page having in the top three columns with the following widgets using th lgc grid or similar:

- Recent posts - exisiting,
- Popular posts - not existing,
- (monthly) archives - existing.

Under thes widget I want to place the tag cloud in full width.

I could programm it in PHP, but I think ther might be a much simpler solution.

Do yo have any suggestion?

WP Show Posts is the way to go :)

Then to display the tag cloud in your content, you can use a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/widget-shortcode/

Thanks for your advice. I think for popular posts I have to Programm or use an existing Plugin.
