Low Speed Performance On Google Page Speed Insight

Recently, I purchased generated press theme. when I test on google page speed insight I show very low performance.how can i fix it

the main issue i see is the large number of advert scripts loading on the page.
You should use a plugin like Flying Scripts or Perfmatters to defer the loading of those scripts so they do not block the loading of the site.

you will see under the: Reduce unused JavaScript the advert scripts and their filenames that need to defered in the flying scripts plugin. The plugin author can advise on its settings.
How to fix this Eliminate render-blocking resources
You should fix the Advert script loading issue first. As they are tying up the browser from doing other stuff like loading those render blocking resources.
Fix the adverts first and then we can review
