Lost footer in Beaver Themer

I recently installed beaver themer. It seems like I've lost the ability to add a footer or to edit the default that shows up. I don't know where to go for this...

I've made a quick video to illustrate what is (not) happening... http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbh2VFXwet
Hi Jay,
I'm not familiar with BB themer. Have you tried asking their support?
Everything in that video is from their plugin.
If you are using GP then it would be in Customizer > Copyright.
I have sent their support a message. Still waiting.
I see the code for Copyright but it's not showing on the site at all. I'll await a response from Beaver Builder.
Thanks Leo.
I just switched to the BB child theme and it works. So I think someone has a little work to do to sort out a possible conflict with GP even though they say it's fully support. Early release so I am sure there is some wrinkles to be ironed out.
I'm assuming that they expect you to build the footer using their plugin instead of using GP.
Yes. I built the headr, no problem. But the footer was the issue and switching away did the trick. Incidentally, when I witched back to GP, all was well. Not sure whats up. I hope to received a reply from BB. I'll let you know.
Thanks Tom.
Thanks! :)
