[Support request] lost ability to manage colors in gp premium

Hi

In my themes>customize>colors menu of GP i’ve lost the ability to customize colors as shown in the screenshots. This is only on the generatepress child theme i’m using. I updated wordpress this morning to 4.9. my other sites appear fine. this site is still in build mode. when i switch to the generatepress main theme the color configuration can be modified so i think the child theme might be corrupted. I can add another child theme but dont want to re-do all the customization. Is there an easier way to fix this? Thanks. Martha

so seems Chrome cached this. I went to firefox and there were the colors. Not sure why chrome behaved so strange with just one screen in the wp dashboard.

I’ve lost ability to edit the headers. Every mouse click brings up the color picker and chrome has jquery errors. This all worked when I first installed it. Where do I sent a WP environment report or get help?

Updating to GPP 1.5.3 will fix that 🙂

Must be a collision with a different plugin that may have updated recently. I’m already using the 1.5.3 premium. This worked when I first got it.

Headers, sections and editing post/page gp settings all do not work. All the textareas and inputtext bring up the same color selector. I cannot set margins or padding, image, etc.

Hmm, that is the exact issue/error we fixed in GPP 1.5.

Any server caching? Do you have another site you can test it on perhaps to see if it’s something specific to this one site?
