    Hi,

I’m using NS Cloner in a WordPress Multisite environment to clone websites.
When I do, all styles / settings related to the header and footer don’t exist, resulting in a “broken” display.
Ex. Logo too big, menu alignment, colors not set…

Do you know how I can keep all my settings during the cloning process?

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

Not sure if I fully understand but this isn’t something GP can control or improve.

Have you checked with the support team of NS Cloner and see if they can provide some advice?
As far as I know, cloning within a multisite can be a bit tricky from time to time (same as our site library templates site).

Some other alternative solutions I can think of:
    – Try a different plugin like Duplicator
    – Use the WP core import export tool: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-export-a-wordpress-site/

    Hope this helps 🙂
