Looking to Create a New Webpage [Only Want Navigation In Site Footer]

As we're now building affiliate partnerships, I'd like to add a "Disclosures" page.

I ONLY want that page hyperlinked in the footer of the site, however ...

NOT in the top navigation bar.

I know it's a different theme and everything, but you can see what I'm talking about on this site: https://knowtechie.com/
