Create a 4 column Grid Block:

And simply add an Image Block inside each of the columns.

I did the same as you advise but when I use the grid it's cover full width length which I don't want, I need to be the same size as the above elements are in, You can check the reference Image

You can wrap the Grid with a GB container, set the inner container to contained, or enter the value of your desired width.
