logo width messes up main menu

Hi,
Every time I upload the logo from site identity and then change the logo's width, it messes up my main menu and it makes it lower and lower
Is there a way to control it, so the main menu wouldn't be affected?

You need to crop your logo first, as you can see the red square is the entire logo which contains a lot of paddings around it.

Crop it like the blue rectangular shows, then try to upload again.
