Hi Clyde,
1. The logo you are using for the mobile header has a lot of empty space around it, it’s better to re-crop the image itself:
https://www.screencast.com/t/uq1FsD122. The mobile header logo height is using the value set at customizer > layout > primary navigation > menu item height (mobile). You can try increasing the value there to make the logo bigger.
