Logo showing in Customiser but not on the site

Hi there!
I'm having issues with the new logo I'm uploading to my client's site. It's showing in the customiser, but not on the site itself.
I have cleared cache and browser cache, and deactivated all plugins except GP plugins. Plugins and theme are up to date.
Please help!

Hi there,
you have a Header Element enabled for the Merged Header, can you edit that and remove the logo that has been added to the Site Header tab. If no logo is showing there, then upload you current logo.
