How can I get the resolution of a logo to display with the same clarity it does on mobiles and tablets?

I followed this thread - https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/add-retina-display-resolution-to-the-logo/

Resolution on mobiles and tablets is great but once I move up to iPad landscape or higher the resolution is poor. I've also tried using two logos with no success.

I only see this issue with Generatepress. A proper fix for this would be nice, I can see looking through previous requests I'm not the only person with this problem.

Thanks,
Paul.

I'm not seeing any difference between your logo on desktop vs mobile.

GP doesn't do anything to your logo image - it simply takes the URL and outputs the image HTML for you. It can't make the image have better or worse quality.

One thing you might be interested in is using an SVG logo: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-svg-logo/

Hi Tom,

Do you have an iPad? Rotate it between portrait and landscape and the quality of the logo resolution is stark. I would use an SVG file if I owned the software to create them.

Thanks.

Thanks Coulter, I'll have a look.

SVG files created in Inkscape are blank when uploaded to WP. A sample SVG download works fine with the Safe SVG plugin installed.

Any other Windows software out there that will produce compatible SVG files?
