Logo Position Static vs. Sticky

Howdy!
So, I'm having some trouble with logo alignment.
Note that the logo position changes depending on whether the menu is in static or sticky mode. The menu looks the way I want it when it's sticky. I've looked around the forums and my settings seem to be as recommended (width: full, inner width: contained, nav location: float right, header alignment: left) and css hacks don't seem to work. Thoughts?
