logo position right beside navigation

I was tryinfg to find the information, couldn't...
The client would prefer the logo in the same position as after scroll, on the right, navigation left, slightly higher then after scrolling. Mobile phone is fine as is.
How to achieve this?

try Customizer > Layout > Header - set the Inner Header Width: Contained and Header Alignment: Right
