Hi Leo,
Thanks I get the point, however I've two question.
regarding your suggestion about merging the logo and the site title into one image. are there recommended dimensions or features for this image to upload successfully?

Second question: what is the best place to add css that you provide (simple css, additional css, or the original page of the theme if that is possible)?

No recommended dimension. It's just personal reference so whatever you think it looks good.

The easiest method is Additional CSS as there are no extra plugin required. I like Simple CSS though as it's easier to look at if you plan to write more custom CSS.
