Since I don't know you header/navigation settings, could you try adjust the below settings:

1. Customizer > Layout > Header > Header Padding. If there's no such option, check the below setting.
2. Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation > Menu item height.

If both don't work, could you link us to the site with username and password for us to inspect the code?
