Logo on the home page of the mobile version

What if you disable the lazy loading option in LiteSpeed?

Same thing, I don't see the logo if I disable the lazy loading option.

Hmm then try turning each setting on and off to see if any of them is causing the issue.

Their support might be able to help to identify the issue quicker as well.
