logo of the sticky menu of the mobile version of my website has disappeared

Hi,
Recently the logo of the sticky menu of the mobile version of my website has disappeared.
The sticky is activated for both desktop and mobile, but on the mobile the logo does not appear (on the desktop it does appear).

I have tried a couple more images, but the logo is not displayed either.
How can I make it appear?

i would need to be able to see the site to tell what the issue is - is that possible?
If not, try adding a different image to see if that image is the issue.

Ok so the Logo Image is reporting a 404 error.
Can you re-save your original logo image with a different filename, upload the new named logo and try adding that to the Mobile Header.
I've deleted the image, changed the name, and uploaded it again. I have loaded it to the stiky menu, but the same thing happens, the logo appears on the desktop, but not on the mobile.
What do you mean by "try adding that to the Mobile Header."?

It's currently using this image which doesn't exist:

Please try to reupload the logo in the customizer.
