Hello,
as said in the subject on some sites the logo is not showing.
I disable all plugins and check, the fact been the GP premium seems to cause this problem.
I disabled the Litespeed cache, flushed, etc, same thing, it works only when I disable GP premium.
I use a child theme and changed it to the original, the same thing.any idea?
thanksJanuary 20, 2021 at 8:16 am #1626590David
StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
have you tried leaving the GP Plugin enabled, and disable the various modules to see if one of them is causing the issue ? I would begin with the Elements module … if thats the case check what elements you have set up. eg. any custom functions in the Hook Element.

Hi David,
disable all, the logo is there, and only activate GP premium, the logo is gone again.

StaffCustomer SupportOdd one this – as when i am logged in the Logo/Header is displaying correctly.
I think it may be related to the various Header Element Display Rules you have. For each of the header elements:
1. Exclude > Entire Site is not required and is probably creating some Logic issues. Can you remove the exclusions.
2. Users > change this to default as All Users is not required for this.Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

StaffCustomer SupportI just clicked on all the pages in the menu and can see the logo no problem.
Can you actually start a staging site? An odd issue like this might take a while to debug.
Thanks!

Leo,
The menu is not working, check out the given urls
because it@s needs the tag pluginJanuary 21, 2021 at 11:51 am #1628325Leo
StaffCustomer SupportAnd the issue is resolved if GP Premium is deactivated?
In that case, can you deactivate each module and identify the culprit?
