logo not sharp on desktop chrome

Hello,
I have problem with logo. On desktop (chrome especially) it isn't sharp. On mozilla and mobile its is ok, but chrome and opera a bit blurred. Could you please advise what can I do to make it better?

The best solution for a logo image would be to use an SVG file.
