My logo had been displaying fine until I noticed recently that it wasn’t. Tried increasing menu item height, turning mobile logo on and off. No solution there.

    Hi there,

Can you confirm that a mobile header logo is uploaded in the customizer?

Yes, it is. Oddly when it’s activated, the logo does not show in the preview on my laptop. When I turn it off, the logo does show on the preview.

However, in neither case does it actually show up when I look at the site on my iPhone.

Strange, the HTML and visible HTML classes make it seem like there is no logo added.

Can you make sure the branding type is set to Logo, and that you can see the uploaded logo in the Customizer options?: Customize > Layout > Header

Then make sure all caching is cleared.

If that doesn’t work, can you share a screenshot of your Customize > Layout > Header options (showing the mobile header stuff)?

    Thanks!

How do I attach screen shots? Cache cleared.

Now, oddly, logo is showing up on phone, although mobile header is off.

Can you turn on the mobile header again and make sure the logo a mobile header logo (not site identity logo) is uploaded?

You can share a screenshot using a service like this and provide the direct links here:

Sorry just saw your screenshots in another e-mail.

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and activate the mobile option again?

    Thanks 🙂
