logo missing

I just purchased and everything seems to be working however the top logo disappeared when I uploaded a header.
It's supposed to be the logo
then the menu
then the header
then the content.
everything is showing up except for the top logo
please advise on correct settings ASAP
Hi Michael,
Looks like this is the image that's currently uploaded for in Site Identity
https://www.novacustomprinting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/novatshirtbanner090913.jpg
Can you make sure the correct image is added?
Then set the navigation location to below header:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
Then I can guide you through adding that image using Hooks Element.
Let me know :)
no that is incorrect. Site identity (LOGO) should be https://www.novacustomprinting.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/nova-custom-printing-logo-2015.jpg
I uploaded that in site identity but it's not showing.
the one you mentioned (https://www.novacustomprinting.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/novatshirtbanner090913.jpg_ is the header, not the logo.
again the sequence should be
1. Logo
2. Menu
3. Header
4 content
the only part that is missing is the top logo
From the code, it's showing the "Header" being uploaded in Site Identity.
Try clearing your caching plugin or disable it for now while developing the site.
okay I deactivated the cache, nnow what do I do?
Can you make sure this image:
https://www.novacustomprinting.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/nova-custom-printing-logo-2015.jpg
is uploaded in Site Logo here?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/
yes that is what I'm telling you. That's where I uploaded it originally and I just did it again just in case
I really need the logo to fill the entire top of the website above the menu please. Waiting for your response. please respond urgently.
Ok something is still not quite right as I'm still seeing the wrong image uploaded.
Try re-activating the caching plugin again, clear it, then disable it.
If the correct image still doesn't show up, can you try de-activate all plugins except GP premium?
not very happy right now, I've tried everything. maybe your manager can help me
I can only tell from the code standpoint and it's currently showing the header image uploaded as the site logo:
https://www.screencast.com/t/pE9Vi6h4
If you are sure it's correct in the customizer, then it's definitely a caching issue.
Have you done the suggested steps here?

Try re-activating the caching plugin again, clear it, then disable it.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN "CLEAR IT?" I have no idea what that means
Clear the cache. When you activate the caching plugin and go to the plugin settings, there should be an obvious button that let you clear the plugin cache.
your theme is not allowing for a logo and a header with the menu in between them.
I deleted and started from scratch and got the logo where I want and the menu where I want. Then when I put the header in below the two of them, your theme replaced the logo with the header.
