Logo missing on laptop/tablet

Hi,
One of our clients keep reporting to us that the client's logo is missing on laptops and tablets.
We have tried to test this as well as we can, and sure enough the logo is not loaded on laptops and tablets.
We have also checked the Customizer where the Mobile Header is indeed active and a logo file is selected.
Would you be so kind and check the website provided in the private information field?

Hi there,
the logo images are being served from a HTTP URL - which some browsers will block as they are insecure content.
You ned to ensure they are served over HTTPS.
Either search and replace the URLS or a simply fix, save your original logo images with a new name, upload them to WordPresss and replace your current logos.
