Logo left and menu right how-to

Good morning,
I am puzzled with the next problem.
I want to be the logo on the left, the navigation bar on the right and above the navigation a widget with social icons.
I tried with floating navigation but still problems.
Does anyone has a few tips / guidelines how to accomplish this?

Hi Tom! Yes, and I have it almost done. I have first made the navigation menu float right and with the GP Hooks before header content I have added a social icons div.
So I have got it!
What I also wanted is to have the green logo overlap the slider. But I will first try to find out if I can get this, otherwise I will create a new forum topic.
