Logo issue

1. Site identity Logo is not changing on mobile for me with the portfolio theme.
2. also, I am having trouble changing the Footer as well.
Can someone please point me in the right direction in how to fix this?

Hi there,
1. Customizer > Layout > Header and update the Mobile Header Logo.
2. In Appearance > Elements you will see an Element Titled Footer. Edit that. More info on Block Element here:
