Logo in sticky navigation. Float left, but near to navigation items. How?

Hi,
I would like to have the Logo in sticky navigation. Float left - like it is now.
But near to navigation items. How can I do that?

what I tried:
margin-left: 150px;
-> had an effect, but was not what I wanted.
margin-right: 10px;
-> had no effect, but would have been, what I wanted. - constant space between the logo and the first nav-item.

Have you tried setting the navigation to below/above header, then setting the alignment to left?
