logo in header

hello, I only want a logo in the header and that works fine, problem is: the height of my logo is more than is suggested and so this makes the header higher than I want too much space around it. Can I solve this problem with css and if so how? I have the premium option.

I tried it out and it worked. Really great, I tried so many things and such an easy solution.
I would love it by the way if the video's were recorded with less speed it's very hard to follow along.
