Logo forced right when primary navigation set to float left

Hi,
As designed, I can use Customize-Layout-Header and change the logo alignment to left/right/center as needed. In this case, I would like to use Centered.

However, if I Customize-Layout-Primary Navigation and change the Navigation Location to "float left" from other options, the logo will be forced to Right Alignment.

Is this a bug or a feature? :)

Ideally I would have the logo "Centered" and option to set the navigation location "float center". In the absence of that option, Logo Centered and Navigation Location "float left" is the vision.

So for the centered logo and centered navigation do you want the navigation to be below the logo?
Or do you want the logo to be in the middle of the navigation?

First option is done by Layout > Header > Header Alignment > Center. And Layout Primary Navigation > Navigation Location > Below Header and Navigation Alignment Centered.
