Logo "flickering" on page load

Hi,

When im logged in on my page, the logo does not "reload" on pageload. And I like that! (see videoscreenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uvq024 )

But when im not logged in, the Logo does a little flick/reload on every pageload. (See video screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOu8x8Yp )

I dont want that logo reload on a pageview.

How can all my visitors get the same result as when im logged as admin ?
