Hi Tom
I finally got logged inThe logo does not show on the home page. I get a box with a question mark.
The logo shows on all the other pages.
I have removed and re-inserted the logo in the customizer many times. Also my about us page is slightly shifted to the right compared to all other pages.
There is a plugin Beaver Builder Header Footer that works in GeneratePress theme. Have you tried it?
There is not a sticky header option with your theme, just sticky navigation. Can you add it.
This is a temporary link to my local site.

March 21, 2017 at 9:18 am #295282TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperAre you perhaps using the Page Header meta box to upload a different logo on your home page?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-logo/
The URLs look different.
Your about page doesn’t look shifted to me – you might be seeing the scrollbar on one page vs not having it on another, which can cause a shift (as the scrollbar takes up width).
I haven’t tried it, but heard it works with GP.
Not a big fan of sticky headers, they tend to be too tall and take up too much space on the page. Instead, I suggest doing something like this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/#navigation-as-header
March 21, 2017 at 9:21 am #295288LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi Denis,
The home page logo has this URL: http://359d0a15.ngrok.io/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/LOGO-3-e1489699954209.png which links to a 404 not found page.
Logo on all other pages has this URL: http://359d0a15.ngrok.io/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/LOGO-3-e1489835575603.png which links to the logo.
I’m not seeing the About Us page shifting to the right? All your elementor containers are 1024px.
For sticky header, this might help: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/sticky-header/
March 21, 2017 at 10:44 am #295343DenisYou are correct about the scrollbar. Da!
The Logo is set in Site Identity only. When a logo is set there the – Layout – Page Header only has the Page Header Location menu showing.
There is no other image set in any other part of Customize. Looked looked looked…..Deactivating Page Header makes the problem goes away. What gives? Is that correct?
I have a 100 px tall header. It’s for my logo, short Nav menu and call to action button. The call to action button is most important part of any page. Need a sticky header for it to always be showing. Only reason to have a sticky header.
I will look at the links. Might have to switch to my designers theme:(March 21, 2017 at 1:33 pm #295398TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe different logo on your home page wouldn’t be set in the Customizer, it would be set in the actual page.
So open up the page with the broken logo in the Dashboard, and look for the “Page Header” meta box.
You can see a picture of the tab you’re looking for here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-logo/
If you have a logo set there, remove it.
That will make it so the page shows your global logo.

Problem solved
Just wondering
On 2 sites that are basically identical, what would cause the text and images to be sharper with better color etc. on one site vs. the other?
The theme, the builder or both?Denis
March 22, 2017 at 10:37 am #295843TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, hard to tell really. Can I see?
March 22, 2017 at 11:22 am #295874DenisThis link is to the site with Generate Press theme and Elementor Pro page builder.
The back ground color in the header and logo is different from the next but every thing else is virtually the same.
Please let me know if you can or cannot see the slide show at the top. This link is to the site with customized ABCTheme and Visual Composer page builder.
Let me know
Sticky Header DenisMarch 22, 2017 at 12:01 pm #295904LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi Denis,
The slider is not working for me in the first site.
I also can’t tell the difference in sharpness/color between the two sites. They look identical to me.
Here is what I see on dual monitor:

Might be because the one without the slider is on a local site.
Hopefully that’s why the slider doesn’t show.
