Logo display issue with marketer site library

This isn't a theme issue.

Try re-cropping the logo to remove the excessive padding on the top and bottom:

Then reupload the logo.

Your logo is displaying correct, it look small because there's a lot of space above and below the logo in the image, it's better to crop the logo as the screenshot showing below:
