[Support request] Logo disappears and loads again when clicked on different menu

I know this is a bit of a strange question, but it bothers me.

In my website when I click in the primary navigation on a different subject, the logo disappears and load as new on the new page.

I want it to be like this page: https://10beasts.com
Here the logo doesn’t reload , but it looks like it is fixed…

Do you see the difference in logo loading time? How do I make it like this other site?

Couple things here.

1. They have very fast hosting.

2. Your navigation logo is much larger than it needs to be – if you reduce it down in size and optimize it, it will load much faster.
