Logo disappeared on Site

I tried to do some optimizations on the site.
- replacing png images with webp (including the logo)
- removing unused plugins (like smush)
Now I can no longer see the logo on the site, under the menu bar.
- I tried to follow the indications given for autoptimize optimization, then I also deactivated it.
- generatepresse versions are all up to date.

Hi Alfredo,
You have a header element which can be found at appearance > elements, can you try setting its status to draft?

I write this observation that cleared up my confusion, in the hope that it will be useful to someone.
I was able to restore the logo at the top of the site by uploading it to the Site logo section of the Header Element.
When I do this, the Customizer's Logo function seems to work: by removing or adding the logo here, it disappears or reappears at the top of the site
