Hi, been meaning to ask this for a while.
Using nav-right, Is there a reason why the logo and nav don't centre align with each other.
URL attached.
thanks
Hi there,
You can either set the menu item height to be the same height as the logo:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/menu-item-height-width/
Or use this method:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-as-a-header/
Note that we've made the navigation as a header an option in the next version of GP Premium which is already in release candidate 1 so quite stable:
https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-8/
Let me know if this helps :)
Sorry those navigation as header instructions seem to be incorrect.
I have nowhere to upload a navigation logo.
Nowhere to set navigation position to above or below.
I'm able to add a mobile logo but it's absolutely tiny.
Hi there,
can you make sure you have the Menu Plus module activated in Appearance > GeneratePress
It's activated.
Can you confirm the version of the GP Premium Plugin?
I've got it, sorry David.
The size of the logo was affected by the menu item height.
All makes perfect sense now!
One other question, sorry.
When sticky is used is there a setting to specify a background colour for transparent headers or should I use CSS?
In the merged header element you're using, on the Site Header tab you can change the navigation colors to transparent. Then whatever settings you apply in the Customizer for the Primary Navigation will be used for the Sticky nav.
Got it, thanks again.
Glad we could be of help
You always do, outstanding support!
Thanks.
We try :)
