No, there's not anything uploaded at all.

I've turned off caching plugin (W3 Total Cache) however the situation still as before.

How often can this situation happen?

I'm not sure what happened in the first place and I don't think it's caused by GP.

You can imagine how many complains and support topics we would get if GP automatically deletes logo.

Let us know if it happens again :)
