[Support request] Logged in and Incognito Mode has different Visual

Hi,

Here is the visual with the admin logged in (this is the right visual).
There is normal opacity

and This is in incognito mode. Looks like opacity does not work. Could you please help?

It’s usually a caching issue.

Have you tried to clear and deactivate any caching plugins as requested here?
