Log error, plus memory and CPU increase

Hello good afternoon
I have the following error in the log
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/cahzkkhn/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 76
I am disoriented. Could you help me?

Hello, not what is the problem but I can't send you a picture of the server console, but the CPU usage goes 99/100 and the memory 1.45 / 4GB and keeps giving the same error. You can help?

right now there are the alarms in red and the memory usage in 3.5 / 4GB and CPU 99/100 and the same error ...
Do you get the same error with all plugins disabled except GP Premium?
What if you test it with a twenty series default theme?
I think CPU and memory overload occurs when the Easy Social Share Buttons for WordPress plugin is activated.
Have you had any problems with that plugin?

we have not had any issues reported in regard to that plugin.
With the plugin disabled does your Memory and CPU usage return to normal levels ? If so then it sounds like that plugin is at fault.
